What I build
I connect user experience with the software, data and workflows behind it. These projects show the responsibilities I have taken on in different settings.
Business software
I build around how a business works, connecting forms, documents, responsibilities and approvals. BRICK PMS and Happy Bubbles show how I have addressed different operational needs.
AI & automation
In Bodrum Flow, I develop integrations for collecting and processing content. AI-assisted workflows run alongside validation and editorial review tools.
Smart contracts & Web3 integrations
For AI Fortune NFTs, a completed personal project, I developed a wallet-connected application with Solidity contracts. I connected AI-generated content with NFT minting on Polygon and IPFS storage.

Background
Engineering and business experience
I hold a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Since 2018, I have developed mobile and web products, workflow software and applications tailored to business needs.
I spent 15 years as a founder and manager in the medical-device sector, working with partners in Europe and the US. That experience informs how I assess technical decisions alongside customer needs and business processes.
I work remotely from Bodrum. Clear written communication, a well-defined scope and long-term maintainability are central to how I work.

I was looking for a reservation and cash flow tracking application for our dive center, which I have owned since 2013. None of the off-the-shelf software packages met our needs. Later, all our requirements were met with the process tracking and management application that Serkan Erkan prepared for us. Every feature a manager might need, such as reservation entries, guest check-in, payment management, expense entry, and cash flow reports, has been considered. Being web-based and having multi-user support, the application has become indispensable for us. Thanks to this, we may have become the first dive center in Turkey to manage its administrative processes on a digital platform. Serkan has also provided extremely fast and successful feedback on support and assistance whenever we needed it. We continue to work together to further develop the software. Original reference
2013 yılından beri sahibi olduğum dalış merkezimize bir rezervasyon ve kasa takibi uygulaması arayışındaydım. Hazır paket programlardan hiçbirisi işimizi görmedi.
